A morning for thinking about our memories and how personal they are. We shall talk about memory boxes and albums, and Sue will construct a simple memory board for you to take home. Mary will bring nostalgic feely bags. It will be fun! There will be cake, too!

About the event
- Programmed events cost £5 per person – carers and care workers are not charged but contributions are welcomed.
- We provide unlimited tea, coffee and homemade cakes at all sessions in a warm and hospitable space.
- Toilets for the disabled are available.
- There is free car parking on site.
